Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

I was not a part of this process, therefore I cannot speak on it. I do know going through implementation of other products that work simultaneously with Ventiv Claims in the past has its ups and downs. Will the job get done, you bet. Will it be easy, not so much. A lot of back and forth emails and troubleshooting, but Ventiv Claims is very responsive and they will get everything figured out.
Claims Management for workers compensation, injured workers on the job. We input all new claims and manage the old ones. We use the system to run numerous reports, pay invoices and issue/manage payments, bank reconciliation, record notes, send correspondences to claimants, insureds and other legal or medical, and we send compliance reports to the state departmentas well as CMS.

  • An issues reporting forum to see issues other companies may experience, troubleshooting and resolution steps taken to resolve
  • It keeps us in compliance thus avoiding penalties by the state and CMS
  • Online Training
The online training is easy to follow along with since a testing site is given where you can gets hands on training along with the instructor. Then the sessions are recorded for reference purposes later on.

Yes

The customization available in Ventiv Claims is awesome. Being able to have custom reports and fields makes our small company feel "bigger". However certain features, for example, SSO and document scanning, make us realize how small we are because the implementation and annual fees are a too expensive to justify spending for the amount of users we have and revenue we generate.
