Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

I was less than satisfied with the overall implementation of our upgrade. There were numerous times of system outages would led to loss of productivity. Very disappointed with the roll-out of the Digital modules. Iur current upgrade process has benn very slow and complicated .
Ventiv Claims is our Claims Management System for all of our workers' compensation programs both internal and external. The entire program uses Ventiv Claims System. Ventiv Claims allows us to manage our workers' compensation claims effectively and efficiently. Ventiv Claims allowed us to combine 3 systems into one platform for claims management. We contine to use CE for all of our claims administration.

Yes, the workflow tools work very well for our operation and program. This has led to increased efficiencies within our claims management operations.
Very good training offering by Ventiv Claims. I also enjoy the user conferences. The Ventiv University is a great tool for new employees to our organization.
Ventiv Claims is a solid system. Ventiv offered the modules and system specs we were looking for. I have been working with VOS, and IVOS for many years, so I was very familiar with the platform.

Ventiv Claims is a great solution for any Workers' Compensation and General Liability program. I do not have any scenarios for less than appropriate use. I think the system upgrade process could run smoother. Also product support in a timely fashion is lacking at times.

Yes - It is not going smoothly at all. The upgrade has been delayed multiple times. The fixes and bugs are not addressed timely
