- Helps to manage KPI's.
- Has several different applications that can merge together.
- Would like to be able to schedule down to the min vs 15 min.
- Patches being easier to use and timely.
- Communication that is during your working hours.
- Improved our productivity.
- Reduced cost by making sure we have the right staff scheduled allowing VTO and not paying OT.
- Also allows us to meet of KPI's.
We selected Verint because it was an easy tool to use and adapt to our requirements and business needs.

By using the tool we have found it to be totally accurate in our forecasting and has the tools for us to plan out the future. Both have been very accurate.
We have not used it yet due to our internal security.
