Vertex Indirect Tax O Series
Overall Satisfaction with Vertex
It is used by the Herff Jones Tax Department. The various plants use our rates, but the Tax Department manages everything. Vertex resolves various tax rates, exemptions, and other plant issues for the products we sell.
Pros
- It has constantly updated tax rates. This is a must for any business.
- It simplifies the tax compliance process with easy means of transferring sales/exemption data.
- It is user friendly and very easy to teach to all employees.
Cons
- So far, I have not had any issues with Vertex O Series!
- Vertex O Series allows our Tax Department to work on value added projects because of how simple the tax compliance process becomes.
- Audits are much easier and take less time.
- Our Tax Department has become much more efficient because of the time we save using Vertex O Series.
