Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Spectrum
As a general contractor, we manage all subcontracts, change orders, and invoices to clients through the Viewpoint Spectrum platform.
- Creating Reports about our profits for our different office locations
- Tracking change orders
- Customization of status for COs & Subcontracts
- The user interface is a bit rough, and can be difficult to find things/navigate through the pages.
- Would be nice to have the option to have a separate page for Sub COs & Client COs, right now they are all tracked on the same page.
- Signature lines on the Purchase Orders would be beneficial because we currently have to add them to the PDF in a different software.
- We just started fully integrating Viewpoint Spectrum about 2 months ago so I don't have any data on it increasing efficiency or productivity yet.
Not quite yet, we are still working out the kinks of Viewpoint Spectrum and looking to streamline our process.
