It really added a lot of value especially in tough time such as Covid 19 in keeping top talents available and reachable. It also makes data available answering questions that can save time and efforts of how such talents can be kept, utilized and what requirements are needed as well for the future with all the available analysis.
- We use it to hire the right staff. Indeed it answers a lot of questions and adds a great value.
- It can show performance per individual which makes it easier to tell where the issues are.
- The mobile application needs a lot of work to reach the level of the computer one.
- Report designer may need some work to have a better one.
- It saves a lot. Investment is returned normally during the first 12 months.
- It saves a lot of time and cash by finding the right candidates than employing and changing those after few months.
