Overall Satisfaction with Vista by Viewpoint
We used [Vista by] Viewpoint on a day-to-day basis for the day-to-day work. From using it to keep our invoices for accounts payable up to date and to keep our vendors and subcontractors records and provide [an] efficient payment schedule, to using it enter in time for each of our employees out in the field and in the office and making sure hours are recorded and employees paid.
- It has increased our business providing us with more realistic data
- We have lowered the amount of finances lost on each project
- Allowing for each department to contribute to the bottom line has increased
Sage was the previous system that was used prior to [Vista by] Viewpoint, but Sage did not have the tools needed for inner department communication that [Vista by] Viewpoint has available, as well as the tools for the field employees to use to keep track of each task they take on a daily basis.

A majority of the time, the usability of [Vista by] Viewpoint has been easy for all levels of experience in technology application. From those just learning to those who are experts in the field, the ability to use and adapt to the tools provided by [Vista by] Viewpoint has been significantly easy and allows for an easy adaptation.
The support is good for the most part, but [we] have had delays in getting certain issues resolved. We have had a third-party company come in to assist us with some learning skills and issues, and then we have had the same company, later on, help with training on certain areas, such as reports.
A majority of what our company does and provides is using [Vista by] Viewpoint daily to keep track and maintain records for each project we work on. From daily time tracking of each employee to cost tracking for each project. We have not had a use that did not meet our needs as of yet.
