Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We are always looking for way to improve our security stack for ourselves and for our customers. Making the move to Authpoint was a no-brainer. This has been a great product allowing us to keep all of our firewall interactions for VPN and administration safe and secure at all times. The best part is that unlike some of the other apps out there, it provides a simple one-push confirmation pop-up. This feature makes it extremely user friendly so that anyone in the organization can use it regardless of their technical expertise.

No. We are a Watchguard partner. However, we did take full advantage of Watchguard's amazing technical support team with our first few deployments to work through the process seamlessly. They made it very easy for us to get set up and going. They also have a huge database of help articles for reference should we need it.
Using the Watchguard management portal has been an enormous time saver because we are able to manage multiple devices and multiple customer locations all from one single pane of glass. No more logging in and out of a ton of different management portals to accomplish a single task. Efficiency and productivity are key elements in this industry.
The Watchguard Cloud products have worked seamlessly together in my experience. This has been another example of the "single pane of glass" method working to improve our efficiency and productivity. The ability to take this a step further into a "single-sign on" saves even more time. Time is money, so every time we save 5 minutes it helps!
While SonicWall worked ok for a while, ultimately, the WatchGuard VPN (Firebox SSL) proved to be a far superior and more reliable product. The Authpoint addition has made authentication of all services that much more secure. Every new layer of security helps to minimize attack vectors. Adding in the single sign on has made it easier for endpoint users as well so that they don't feel overwhelmed by the need for multiple authentications.
