Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use it for all incoming email and communications coming into our building(s). We rely on it to alert us to fraudulent actors
- Keeps each of our locations safe
- Provides a VPN network for our outside work force
- Keeping control over who can access our network from the outside world
- SO many features that it is hard to be familiar with all of them
- Big learning curve to learn all of its features
- Rates for annual support contract have double in last year
- Not always aware of what it has found and quaranteened
MNJ Technologies - adequate support
Love being able to see all of my Watchguard settings within 2 features (policy and firebox system manager). Still find too many features that I do not know their purpose (until I need them). Need good manual to go through training.
Has been keeping our company secure for over 6 years.
