The Webex App is used for video conferencing, collaboration, chat, and calling within my organization. It provides a secure option that is easy to use across all of the compatible devices.

- Consistent end user experience.
- Tighter integrations with third party applications.
- Stability on lower bandwidth connections.
- More functionality for Webex for Broadworks users especially with Webinar functions.
- By consolidating to a single platform with all of the functionality we have had a positive ROI.
- The calling capability eliminates the need to have a physical desk phone with users that have become comfortable using their computers and smart devices during the Covid pandemic.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Webex App meeting experience is more secure and as easy, or easier to use that Teams and Zoom, especially when meeting with guests outside of the organization. The scheduling is not as easy as Teams for organizations that heavily use the Outlook, but the same or better than Zoom.
