Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We have 4 locations across 2 states. Webex Meetings allows employees in different offices to be able to collaborate easily and in a more personal way than traditional email or phone. Our employees can now easily meet "face-to-face" even though they are in different states. In addition to using Webex Meetings internal for all of our business meetings and internal interactions, we also sell Webex Meetings to our clients and help to solve similar communication and collaboration issues they might have.
- Call clarity is incredible and people constantly remark how clear the audio and video are.
- Ease of use is also amazing. Scheduling a meeting and joining meetings could not be easier.
- Administrative controls are great and the amount of features that can be control at the organization level are great.
- Integration with non-Cisco video devices is a bit frustrating but understandable since they sell devices
- Increased revenue due to the ability to do demos over video conference during the pandemic and after.

Webex Meetings is superior to each of the other products we tried because of its better security, ease of use, and quality of audio and video. We have been using Webex Meetings for 2 years, and now when a vendor or client sends a meeting invite from another platform, it is glaringly obvious how clunky or hard to use the other platforms are. Webex Meetings just makes sense when you use it. The options are where they should be and the features are things that should be in any video conferencing platform, and the feature list grow every month.
