Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Being a support specialist, we have to use a variety of tools to connect with clients in meetings, and Webex Meetings is one of the tools that we use a lot.
I personally prefer Webex Meetings, when I like to present more "feature rich" content. In Webex Meetings the Camera quality looks more crisp and especially when I share the screen, the screenshare window visual is smooth and clear. This being my personal experience.
The one-click invite is like a reward for me, while using Webex Meetings, and I like to use Webex Meetings on my IOS, which is favored with a materialistic build.

- File sharing
- Chat
- Video Presentation
- Screen sharing
- Chat window control
- Heavy materialistic UI, can become slow on old/poor hardware
- There is always a pop-up to download the Webex App, and the web version is not that well-built.
- My frustration due to dropped calls has reduced since I shifted my basic meeting application to Webex Meetings.
- High quality videos make a good impression on clients.
- No monetary ROI apart from keeping the prestige for my organization in front of my clients.
- Webex App
- Webex Calling
- Webex Webinars
- Cisco AnyConnect
- Cisco Umbrella
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
I had a lot of connectivity and call drop issues with Zoom and specifically Microsoft Teams, but with Cisco Webex Meetings, I come into call drop scenarios very rarely, specifically when there is an ISP-related issue.
In Microsoft Teams, there is very less control over the chat windows, as compared to Webex Meetings. Zoom and Teams lack advanced polling and QnA features, which Cisco Webex Meetings provides.
After switching to Webex Meetings, nearly all of my problems were resolved.
I especially learnt that I could utilize my FHD camera fully on Webex Meetings.
