Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex meetings are used for one-on-one meetings with staff, for team meetings, patient visits.

- I wish it was more Integtated with teams platform.
- We have the iPad in our training rooms with the projectors, I wish this was easier to use. Its not easy to set up your work computer and just plug in and log into a webex its difficult and there was no training from Webex on how to use this product.

We faced how to get work phones at home, how to set up VPN's for employees to log into our secure network at home and how we would do office visits virtual, we had done this before but it was in office and the patient was virtual.
We started using Jabber, Meraki, Webex meetings
It can be hard to integrate hybrid work if the employee or the population you service is underserved and may not have the knowledge or the equipment to do a visit or work.
Teams is an application that is more integrated with the work we do on a daily basis, this platform has the ability to keep work documents and share them with teams, track calendar, message employees, and a whole lot more than Webex does.
