I love Webex Meetings
Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I use Webex Meetings in order to meet with Customers, meeting with suppliers and meeting with internal colleagues within BT from around the world. The subjects of the meetings vary. No business problems, I find the product very useable on both laptop (app and web browser) and the mobile phone app.
- The mobile app is very good
- Background is good
- Chat options are good
- Being able to sign in as a Guest has helped me a few times also
- Outlook add on - so able to add a meeting link easily into an outlook meeting invite
- Basic trainings - I am sure the above issue is easily fixed, but I don't know how
- Positive - good meeting platforms

- Negative, more difficult to organise a meeting in Microsoft Outlook

No challenges experienced so far. We have had good support from Cisco as a partner, all I had to do was email our customer support person. I would like simple videos available on youtube so now and again if I wish to learn how to do something I could go watch a simple video.
It's as simple and clear to use as Teams. It seems to connect to bluetooth headphones easier and the mobile app is definitely better. I just wish there was a button in Outlook which would put a meeting link in emails and meeting invites like teams does.
