Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used across the whole organisation to manage the teams expenses incurred whilst out on site. Great way to log all of the information for our records in one place and provide visibility of activities. Allows claims to be reviewed and authorised without having to be in the office. Also allows me to retrospectively look at reports for accounting and submitting tax return for mileage claims.
  • Keeps all my receipts logged in one place.
  • Allows me to produce report to give to accountant for tax returns.
  • Provides clear options for me to choose from when submitting expenses so my claims do not get queried unnecessarily.
  • The app functionality needs work.
  • Uploading receipts can be a bit time consuming would be better to do via app.
  • Unsure.
It's a very useful application but could be streamlined somewhat.
Never had any issues to report of.
Every month submitting my expenses claims.

Well suited to any business where colleagues are out on the road and need to submit claims for costs. Takes away the need to hand lots of receipts in each month as can be stored in one place for review.
