Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses to manage our incidental personal expenses. It replaced a previous excel based system that was highly manual and labour intensive. The system has enabled us to automate expenses, reduce paperwork and take out a large amount of manual intervention. It also enables us to manage expenses on the go via the mobile app.
  • Ability to manage expenses on the go via app and desktop tools.
  • Full access to expense history for end of year tax reporting.
  • Custom reports to enable better analytics.
  • The automated reading of receipts could be more accurate.
  • Personally I'm saving 3-4 hours per month not having to file manaul expense reports
Simple, intuitive but would be improved if automatic receipt reading was more accurate.
The support team are always quick and responsive to queries.
As a user it saves me time by allowing me to add receipts to my reports on the go, and collating all the necessary information so I can submit claims with ease.
I did not purchase so can't answer this question - I am a user not the administrator.

Well suited for small and large organisations as a tool to effectively and efficiently manage expenses. As a user I find it easy to use, accurate and time saving.
