Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Whole organization. Manages our expenses + claiming back.
  • Easy to use.
  • Upload receipts with a few clicks.
  • Easy to split expenses into smaller chunks.
  • Submit a claim button could be stand alone rather than going into Actions > Submit.
  • A lot to fill in and click through per claim, could have an auto complete if you use the same every time.
An auto complete feature for reused claims would push this up to a 10. It takes a lot of time per claim when mine are always the same and I just need to change the value and add different receipts.
Not had to use it, but have experienced errors and downtime on the site.
It definitely accelerates the expenses process better than any other I have used.
Just needed for claiming expenses and it does the job ten-fold.
