Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used across the entire organization to manage all of our expenses. We utilize it for all expenses to ensure we are able to track and manage any expenses with travel and necessary items. It allows transparency and visibility for managers to view what is going on and what has been spent. It is very easy to use for the employee to enter expenses.
- Ease of use.
- Visibility throughout.
- Ease of adding and editing attachments.
- Reminders for approval from managers.
- Ease of expenses management.
I have used it to manage my own internal expenses, but have not used it to automate many processes. I have only used it for a very manual process because I am an individual contributor and am not managing any expenses, team members, or items that are expensed other than my own.
I did not make the purchasing decision, therefore did not evaluate other options.
