Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used by all staff across the UK business who need to claim business expenses. It's easy to use and means you can complete and upload your receipts whenever you have them, saving time at the end of the month trying to find them. It's concise for each user, so you can pick the correct category, easily work out mileage expenses and has a quick approval process internally. The mobile app is great to use for our sales team who are out and about and it's clever OCR recognition means, it can read your receipts so there is less to manually enter, saving everyone's time.

I am quite computer/app literate, so I find it very easy to use and intuitive. It calculates VAT etc., so you don't even have to worry about doing the maths.
Yes, Webexpenses definitely save time on processing, submission and approval processes.
I didn't purchase or implement the system, so I can't say why.

Webexpenses is best suited to companies where employees are making a number of expense claims. As its a web app - all your receipts are uploaded and kept in the cloud, so no more attaching receipts to pieces of paper that get lost, fade, damaged or have to be stored.
