Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses are used throughout my company by all users, by using Webexpenses it removed a lot of lost admin time to process any expenses. it enables me to put a claim expense in as they arise and with 2-3 days it's pad back. It allows me to check the process of any claim ongoing. It keeps a log of all expenses requested in one page.

- Employees were more likely to ultize claims process using webexpenses as the process is simple and quick to process
The app is fairly straight forward to use, useful pop up tips/instruction could be especially when first using app.
Expenses used to be done through Line Manager and HR, there was always a back log towards month end but by using the app employees seem to claim as they go along, this also frees up the time of both Line Manager and HR to be more proactive.
We used to use an internal process that could take up to 2 weeks to fully process now this is done in a matter of days
