Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used by all sales and helps with efficiently processing expenses with copies of receipts and accurate travel plans and maps. The mobile app also allows ease of use when not in front of a laptop. We use a 2 stage sign off ie for the manager to approve then send for payment. the email notification to inform us at each stage allows us to track it or query it as well

not had any issue at all with it. was just given access and I didn't require any training as it was straightforward to use. The map planning and mileage calculator is great as [it] allows management to see which route we took as well as the mileage required for the journey
The ease of use for expense approval has been great as whether for health, travel, or receipts which is predominantly the reasons I use it personally. I've found it made my monthly expense way of working easier than I have had in previous companies. Again the mobile app, as well as desk top version, gives a greater flexibility
For me personally, the only reason I have Webexpenses is due to being a field-based area manager. So it's underused for me due to role as I only require it for mileage, expenses , and health for claiming back that months expense that can be claimed back against the company

Yes

Webexpenses is well suited to anyone field-based who needs to upload receipts as you go. Also for accurate mileage claims and has the return button so you don't have to work out the round trip. The camera facility which picks out and verifies the cost on the receipt has been great.
