I think it's the whole organization. We just use it to claim expenses incurred during travel for work
- Easy receipt upload
- Easy to see status
- Like how you can add several parts to one claim and submit for whole journey
- Sometimes hard to find the correct category for petrol/diesel
- Submit button not always easy to find
- Can't think of another, it's generally good
- Certainly easier than filling out paper forms
- Must be quicker
