Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We have used WebPT for the last EIGHT years. During onboarding and while using the system, customer service was polite and typically efficient. As a small fee-for-service clinic the resources within WebPT were underutilized and the cost was ultimately no longer justifiable. Once I contacted the team to navigate the process of cancelling and exporting files, communication became deplorable - neither emails nor phone calls were returned reasonably. I was told the export process would take 2-5 days and planned accordingly with the import to the new system. The day before the export I still had no communication from WebPT to confirm this export and upon calling support was made aware that the "expert" who was in charge of my export told me the wrong email address to send documentation. The support team did confirm the potential start of my export date, though said not to be surprised if it takes longer than five days! This impacts an entire week of scheduling patients and beginning a new system. The schedule does not readily transfer from WebPT either. I'm extremely disappointed in WebPT's efforts to make this a confusing process, their poor communication, and disregard for a long term customer. I will never recommend.

  • After paying for a full time license for a part-time therapist for a year, WebPT finally revealed that part time licenses were available.

Best suited for large clinics with multiple locations or facilities with large budgets. This system does not make sense for a small clinic or for any clinics that are fee-for-service or provide specialized services.
