Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We use WebPT as our EMR for out patient therapy services. It has been easy to use once set up. It also integrates well with the billing software. Setup was a bit of a challenge, as I was pretty much left on my own with some videos to guide me through the setup. The customer service is very good, simple, direct and to the point, without the ridiculous repeating and apologizing the is the norm for customer service these days.
- Entering of information is straight forward
- Tracking and reminders of upcoming documentation is helpful
- Running of reports is realitively easy
- The setup process is challenging
- Pricing is a bit higher than other competitors
- It would be super helpful if insurance company (payors) information were preloaded in the system. Allowing users to check the payors that they work with, saving time and money for the end user.
- WebPT was allowed our company to pivot and create new lines of business and integrating current revenue streams in one compact package
WebPT has allowed my diverse practioners a platform to access when their particular needs arise and allows them to contact the customer to resolve problems individually, which save time, money and frustration
