Simple and Honest

We use it for documentation and billing services as the main purpose. We also use it for scheduling of patients. On the administrative end we use the reporting system and analyzing daily visits, monthly visits, etc. It does a good job of the daily overview of numbers and some retention statistics as well. Not that they are necessarily problems but in order to process our claims and receive payment we need a software where we can document and send to insurances. The scope is allied healthcare

It helped us grow because its able to handle our patient load and its accessible on any device. It had appropriate solutions for the different types of workers we have so it helps keep things organized. At one point we had 3 different types of providers and we were able to find the right user profile for each.

I would say we do not use this as much. Some of it I believe is not the best I have seen. We did finally move to the reach platform and that was a game changer and very helpful in expediting patient visits and making them run smoother.
