Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

Wingman helps me ensure I don't miss product requests and follow up items for my customers, helps to ensure what was said by the customer is clearly conveyed back to product and engineering and as a learning platform.

I like the UI of Gong and the video quality, but overall both are very similar.

Great for sales and customer experience to log feature requests and customer to dos, as well as sending back to the customer in regards to workshops/training sessions, etc.
