Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Workfront is used to manage projects throughout the company.
- Used to support the business processes within HR
- Used to facilitate and manage Office Moves and departmental software changes
- Used to manage IT projects
The security model within Workfront allows for these, often sensitive projects to be surfaced to the correct people and allows us to share projects across many programmes and portfolios to senior management who receive assurance where projects are going well but also allows them to see and act upon pinch points or issues holding up critical projects.
- Great UI which allows for a great and positive experience
- Ease of Configuration
- Simple Report creation but provides fairly complex results
- Resource planing and scheduling without the need for timesheets
- Not able to add Company Logo on reports
- Not able to set lists to show more than 100 items automatically
- The quality of reporting function allowed for greater clarity of reporting
- Managing budgets within Workfront allowed for instant reporting of budget status
- Visibility of task completion
Far more flexible and ease of use. Reporting whilst not as powerful as Daptiv far more flexible and powerful enough. Collaboration element allowed for greater adoption of the tool throughout the Company. The UI is for cleaner and easier to navigate. Project planning is richer in functionality allowing for flexibility of task constraints and again reporting.
