Wrike is being used company-wide and is heavily used in marketing for file review, project tracking, and prioritizing. It addresses the problem of keeping track of ideas while also providing statuses and a place to collaborate on files for committed projects.
- Project workflows offer quick views into the status of an item.
- Adding dependencies eases linear project thinking and anticipates when an item can be worked on.
- The unread style of the inbox while also having a preview of comments makes skimming for priority easier.
- It would be nice to have the dashboard folder pickup have an "exclude this folder" option.
- It's been able to give us a "what's on the agenda" big picture to better prioritize.
- The commenting feature for reviewing work is what is most helpful to me.
