Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is primarily an internal ticket manager that assigns projects within our department. It helps me keep organized. The UI is fantastic and the visual side help my learning disability. Being able to see expectations, tasks, due dates and other information in a presentation that makes sense to me has been a killer assistant to my day to day work.
  • Ui
  • Notification system
  • Ease of use
  • User pinging
  • Due date/calendar syncing
  • Quicker reponse times
Wrike was a much better end user solution. Workday lacked features that exist on Wrike and used an archaic interface.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Fantastic to use as internal project management. Lacks good communication tools so will need to be supplemented with something like Slack. Not quite an all in one solution but comes close.
