Utilize wrike as a project management tool for the operations team and other departments to keep track of progress and projects

- provide timeline/deadlines
- can view calendar a number of different ways per project
- hard to learn
- could be more user friendly
- need to be more intuitive

- more efficient decision making
Used smartsheets in the past but has some limitations as far as editing and collaboration. Smartsheets is good for individual users more than using it as a tool to communicate across various departments
