Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike as a media organization to book up advertising campaigns.
  • Manages tasks.
  • Dashboards
  • Email reminders.
  • Dates for tasks - will automatically set date for 2025.
  • Assigning users - Will assign users to projects of its own accord.
  • Limited functionality to label tasks.
  • It has saved time in terms of looking back through emails trying to find a specific interaction.
  • It has had a negative impact in terms of time training employees on how to use the system, and repeated training is usually required.
  • It has had a positive impact in terms of fewer errors being made in campaigns due to incorrect information.

Wrike is well suited to manage workload and see what tasks you have left to do and how long you have to do them. The inbox is also useful to see what people have sent you and what you have sent users. There are some limitations to it in terms of labeling tasks.
