Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use Incent for about 250 users currently. It is fantastic for usability and it covers many different aspects of our organizational needs. The profiles and user setup are very efficient and can be linked to your company's HRIS. The software connects to your source system and can pull your order information directly into Xactly.
  • User interface.
  • Admin support and community portal.
  • Plan design and rule development.
  • workflows and document pathing is not straightforward
  • bonus rules
  • remove information that is not up to date from the community portal
  • Transparency.
  • Organizational alignment.
We have just gained Insights and Benchmarking with Xactly. We have not started using these tools yet. There is also a tool called Analytics that can be used for sales reporting. We currently use the data from the orders, credits, and commissions files to determine performance and report out.
We use the performance data from Xactly to determine the future changes to sales plans and process improvements for the future.
No other departments currently use Xactly.

Xactly is fantastic for our growing organization. It has many features that we continue to uncover. It works very well for us because it integrates into our source system so that we do not manually upload orders, only if adjustments need to be made. End of month is fairly smooth with Xactly and it can integrate with HRIS for user setup and terminations.
