Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent is our Compensation tool where we have all the necessary data for all sales representatives, considering that we have a complex compensation plan. We test it before each new fiscal year in order to make sure that the new policy is accommodated well and then during the year, we help the sales representatives to understand the numbers, providing them also the manual calculation. When we find flows, we correct them with the help of the Admin, Support or Consultant.

We make spot checks in Xactly to make sure that everything is in order and we have also other checks from which we spot inconsistencies. Most of the time we find issues due to the set-up. We try to make policies easier after having past experience, but it is not always up to us. Everytime we review the policies, we make sure that they can be integrated in Xactly.
From what I know, we use Xactly Incent and Analytics so far. The quotas are just uploaded in Xactly, same as VCs.
