Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR
We have employees in different States with State-mandated regulations that we need to comply with. XpertHR provides information that we need in order to comply with those States. In addition, XpertHR has information for all States based on different regulations. We also have access to their training presentations that we can revise for our needs. Their policies are reviewed and updated by an outside law firm, which our company also uses. It also provides daily alerts of changes in the regulations, and it helps our HR team to be proactive when it comes to regulations. XpertHR also provides Federal/State-mandated posters.

- Would be easier if you had sub-tabs for all 50-States required compliance posters for easy access. Please be advised that I don't normally access the portal always. This may have been completed.
- Definitely XpertHR saves us time on researching a State requirement.

XpertHR helps us establish our policies when adding a new State or even updating employment laws in a State. When in doubt, we use XpertHR to confirm.
The constant alerts that we receive from XpertHR keep us current. We only have two people in HR, and XpertHR helps us to be on top of employment law changes.
