I work within employee relations so from my perspective, it's helped by influencing a reflective practice. I am unsure if colleagues within Policy and Procedure use XpertHR in a similar way to provide a positive impact on the University's procedures. However, I am aware that this support and guidance is available on XpertHR.
As stated previously, this may be more pertinent in areas such as Policy and Procedural Improvement. However, from an Employee Relations point of view, it has certainly been the start of conversations and allowed for a more reflective process when considering complex casework or queries. It's somewhere I go to in the first instance for guidance and support. I find the FAQs particularly helpful in these scenarios.
