Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

We use XpertHR regularly for policies, training, and advice with regard to legal issues and changes, especially those coming this year. It is like a library of information that is easy to access and, most of all, trustworthy.
  • Policy preparation and explanation about its use.
  • Salary review data and surveys.
  • Changes in law the impact and the advice needed to work around the issue.
  • I have found it very easy to use and find more than what I actually needed.
  • I cannot think of any improvements as we are very happy with it.
  • Perhaps sometimes downloading charts has been challenging.
  • saves so much valuable time when updating policies which is huge as we have a small team and time is limited.
  • Normally, it saves time on hours or research as you can find it all on the site, including salary review data.
  • Reduces the cost of using employment lawyers all the time for policy updating and other advice.
  • It's like a one-stop shop that enables the user to find everything they need on a multitude of topics with extensive information that requires minimal time by the user, but to search for that information individually would take hours, if not days, in some cases.
XpertHR has enabled us to keep up to date effectively and, most importantly, quickly on the latest legislation changes policies, and training so that compliance is met.
We get continual notifications, which you can choose yourself to update on the latest current changes. You don't have to continually check on changes as XpertHR will let you know and remind you what to think about on other topics, too - a sort of 'have you got this in place.'

It is perfect for policies, and it follows through with policies on other helpful information that you might not have thought of, such as training screens and further research on the topic. It also refers to global information, which is useful when working in an international company. I cannot think of anything that is less appropriate as we get everything we need from it.
