Overall Satisfaction with Yext
Yext was a partner and used TimeTrade Scheduling links on Yext Pages to allow people to book appointments from their webpages. In addition to the scheduling functionality, TimeTrade was featured on the Yext app directory. TimeTrade location data could be synced with Yext and vice versa. Our customers used TimeTrade and Yext together. Our business development team had licenses and would play around with the software in demoes to show to clients.
- Put a lot of data across multiple channels
- Keep data up to date especially at large retailers and bank by allowing each location to modify hours etc.
- Create customization amongst individual franchises and locations
- It's a sophisticated tool. I didn't use it enough to experience big issues. I primarily resold it.
