It is an easy-to-use, one-stop app that embodies many different HR/Payroll components. It cuts down on unnecessary conversations with said departments because it gives employee's a transparent view of hours worked, PTO and insurance benefits.

Using Zenefits

100 - Zenefits helps our company with daily time keeping, employee PTO and have access to insurance benefits.
100 - Anyone who is able to use a cell phone or computer would be easily able to use Zenefits. It is effortless to use and doesn't require any training at all. Each component of this app is labeled appropriately and easy to navigate. All employees at our company were able to use this app with no problem at all.

It is very likely that we will renew our company's use of Zenefits. It is an all encompassing HR solution that gives the employees access to all pertinent information in a transparent manner.

Zenefits Implementation

Unfortunately I do not have any insights on the implementation of Zenefits as I was not employed with this company when Zenefits was introduced. Based on how effortless it is to use Zenefits, I wouldn't image there would be many issues with the implementation of Zenefits.

Yes-- Zenefits was extremely easy to use without training. Zenefits is self explanatory and effortless to navigate.

I think the configurability is just right for this type of product.

Zenefits Support

The support we receive from Zenefits is great. Whether it is an internal issue with time keeping, or just tracking down individual insurance cards, Zenefits always finds a solution for our employees.

Zenefits support always goes above and beyond. The specific incident I can recall is when I was needing my insurance card. The support team directed me to the appropriate contact at our insurance company and I had the card in less than an hour.

It is very easy to use. Again, anyone with knowledge of how to use a cell phone or computer will be able to navigate this app.

Yes - Very well. It is easy to use and especially helpful when you are out at a customer site and able to access any employee's contact information. All functions that are available on the website are also available on the mobile interface.

Zenefits Reliability

It is very easy to use and does not require the end user to go to multiple sites to obtain many facets of HR/ Payroll information that the app offers.
We have not experienced any application errors or unplanned outages in the two years I have been using this app. Sometimes there is a lag in the time keeping/ confirming your location, however, it quickly resolves itself within seconds and more often than not is an internet connection error.
This app always loads extremely quickly and in a reasonable time frame. Like I said, when we do experience lags from this app, it is more often than not an internet connection error.

Integrating Zenefits

The only integration that I have used is the import/ export and it was at the time of onboarding. It was very effortless to do so and had a quick upload time.

Relationship with Zenefits

I was not a part of the sales process but based on the support that we have received during my time of employment with my company, I can only imagine the process was seamless.
They have been great supporting us in our needs after and helping us to resolve an issue any of our employees may have.
I was not part of the negotiation process with this vendor as it was established before I started working with this company.
None-- the support that I have received after implementing Zenefits has been great.

  • It would be nice to directly have access to personal insurance cards
