Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We use Ziflow as a support tool in media delivery and as a client feedback tool. The fact, the client sees the original English version and localized next to each other, makes the client love this tool and allows us to really sell the magic we do. It is a very handy tool for those times when we cannot meet around one table and just discuss the problems personally and it saves us a tremendous amount of time altogether.

We use Ziflow primarily for delivery because our client has many departments and having the delivered work under one link saves a great amount of time for the client, opposed to having to upload ZIP to people. That feels like a previous century. Those many departments then mark feedback and we can easily aggregate those comments and implement them better. Before Ziflow it was often a nightmare. We also use Ziflow for DNTs (do not translate) where the client marks project-specific issues and parts that stay English.
As described in the previous paragraph. The content approval feature does not fit our workflow process at the moment. Will implement that probably in the future when we can connect Ziflow to the Symfonie environment.

Everything client feedback. Just ask the client for an email, and send them a link, they can see, comment, discuss. Saves a great amount of time when discussing complicated visual-related issues, when you cannot meet and just point a finger. The client can mark, draw and simply show how it should be done. This information is then automatically seen by the DTP worker without any further action necessary. Simple and useful. Ziflow is well programmed because it can handle synchronized two video playback better than some video editing suites. It would be great if one could upload multiple videos in one proof the same way it works for images. We do a lot of GIFs and it would save us time with creating many proofs. Not a huge issue.
