Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow for sending the files and receiving feedback. You can create stages (studio, QC, client) and name the decision-makers for every stage and the starting point for every stage- stage 2 starts when stage 1 is approved by..., upload the files and share in real-time with everyone. The feedback comes highlighted, you can comment and upload newer versions, you can even compare the two versions you uploaded.

Ziflow helped a lot with sharing the content through our organization. It is an easy-to-use tool, you can add comments, decide if the changes are or are not approved for going forward to the next stage, set up the decision-makers. It is very easy for keeping track of all the work.
Ziflow helped a lot with the content review and approval process. Having the opportunity to compare between two versions with just one click, the client/decision-maker could approve faster. The stages may be created perfectly for every step of the process. Also, the comments are visible for everyone and it is easier to keep track of the content development.
