Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We use Ziflow for sending the files and receiving feedback. You can create stages (studio, QC, client) and name the decision-makers for every stage and the starting point for every stage- stage 2 starts when stage 1 is approved by..., upload the files and share in real-time with everyone. The feedback comes highlighted, you can comment and upload newer versions, you can even compare the two versions you uploaded.

It is a very useful tool, especially for clients that have a lot of files to create and a lot of changes because it helps keep track of all the changes required and the comments. Also, it is very good for comparing different versions of the same file and sharing with colleagues/clients.
