Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
We at one point had an account with ZipRecruiter paid; I believe we continue to have it as part of our Applicant Tracking System now. It is a tool that posts your jobs and allows individuals to apply for roles.
- Gets posted and advertises your positions.
- Screening candidates, we receive horrible resumes, and a lot of them.
- It did not do very well; when we paid, not a single hire was gotten.
I don't know; I have not seen the candidate side of the business.
We have not utilized these features, as I was not aware that they were even available.

Indeed is far better and is the go-to, although it does cost a lot.
