My business uses ZipRecruiter to find qualified candidates for veterinary assistants and Licensed Veterinary Technicians. It allows us to draw from a pool of qualified candidates in one Internet application. It allows us to fill positions in a timely manner and more efficiently than other methods we have used in the past.

ZipRecruiter has affected our business in a very positive way. It has allowed us to be more efficient in candidate searches which have allowed us to focus on other areas of our business. It has reduced the time needed to fill positions and has given us higher-quality candidates. We can now put more time into the money-making part of our business.
They have affected our business by allowing us to see more candidates in a shorter amount of time. Also, instead of us searching out candidates, they search us out due to the tools of ZipRecruiter. We are able to devote more time to other parts of our business, like managing the people we already have.

We just had a veterinary assistant quit, and we need to fill the position quickly since we are already short-staffed. With zip recruiter, we post the ad, and on the same day, we have qualified candidates to evaluate. With the candidate assessment, we can evaluate them even before we ask for an interview. This helps eliminate unsuitable candidates even before the interview process.
