Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
We use/implemented Zix for the purpose protecting the confidential information of our customers. Our industry is highly regulated and requires the protection of the information we obtain and distribute. The "read receipt" notification is incredibly helpful in tracking who has (or has not) read their email. For the most part, Zix is very user-friendly.

Evaluating Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt) and Competitors
Yes - Identillect - Not a very user-friendly product. It has questionable security features and does not seem to be as user-friendly as Zix. Zix seems to be more widely used among financial institutions. Customer questions and assistance is much lower with Zix than with Identillect. We are happy with the decision to utilize Zix.
We would probably have reviewed Zix first based upon local financial institutions using the product.
