We need to use a 3rd party to help configure.
Its not something we can do easily internally, we source out process. Need to find a good developer
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - Doesn't come with everything we needed out of the box

I find it difficult to search for information unless you have specific reference information such as a quote # or customer name.

We are a small business so scalability isn't crucial
Very reliable, only had one or two outages
Loads quickly and navigation is easy
