Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

With the help of Zoho CRM number of problem got sorted like
- Contacts Management
- Communication Channels (you can send emails to your contacts from CRM)
- Email Marketing (can send bulk mail and customize email templates)
- Deal Management (Provide up to date information, with pipeline we can track the progress)
- Task Management (can customize task with reminder also)
- Work flow Automation (Triggered events - task creation, Email notification)

Pros

  • Email marketing (with this can email in bulk and customize the email templates).
  • Deal management (best feature of Zoho - easily we can track the progress).
  • Task management (managing tasks in Zoho quite easy and we can send a reminder for a particular task).

Cons

  • Zoho has to work on performance when user has slow internet.
  • Once the user is back to a stable network CRM should auto-update, currently we have to close and restart the CRM.
