Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I use Zoho CRM to manage my contracting and prospecting pipelines.

You get what you put into this, and it allows room for you to customize to your needs.
My customers don't experience Zoho, however, I am able to manage them much better with it!

It is very well suited for managing prospecting new clients and then pipelining them through the entire contract experience. I'd like to better manage how I use it for new events -vs- past events, but that is more a user thing than a software issue.
