Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social has been an excellent software for our business. The scheduling ability has made it easier to manage our social posts. We highly enjoy the engagement insights and recommend post times. The software has helped us improve our social reach across all our platforms in a matter of a few clicks in a minute or less.
  • Easy smart scheduler.
  • Everything Integrated into one screen.
  • Settings are easy to manage.
  • Adding brands or accounts on a mobile app would be great.
  • Making Smart IQ available on the free plan would be a good change.
1 - The individual functions in handling the daily administrative operations of the business including but not limited to finances, public relations, and compliance.
It has been the best social media software that I have utilized over the years. It’s easy to grasp.
It does well integrating all your social media accounts. I do wish it would allow you to utilize the smart IQ on the free plan. I believe that would encourage more people to utilize the software and possibly upgrade plans since the overall software is great. Zoho Social has been the best overall management tool I’ve used.
