Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social to manage our social media presence across multiple social platforms. Before we started using Zoho Social, our biggest challenge was scheduling multiple posts at the same time across our many social platforms. Zoho Social solved for this beautifully with its bulk upload feature. We also love its post approval workflow. It really helped in speeding up the process of posting.
  • Bulk scheduling posts across multiple channels. The sample csv was really simple to use and It really saves alot of time with the scheduling of posts
  • Collaboration & Approvals. Being able to collaborate on a post before having it approved really sped up the planning process for us
  • Team Management. Being able to customize user privileges is has made account management a lot simpler for us.
  • The main dashboard, although very informative from a stats perspective, lacks the versatility needed to truly manage the multiple channels from a glance. What would have made it great, is the ability to see more than just the last item posted to the social media accts. This should be something that can be customized at the dashboard level
  • Increase brand visibility

It was easy to onboard the team and train them on the use of the platform.
Its been good. They have extensive online helpdesk with articles on the use of the platform. There is also chat forum where users can ask questions and get responses directly from Zoho.
Zoho Social is great for teams that use separate processes/platforms to develop and manage their content & videos from their content scheduling & approval process. So if you are looking for a scheduler and content creation tool in one, this would not be the best tool for you, as a lacks the functionality to perform any type of editing to you artwork. For example, cropping photos to fit the various platforms. This would have to be done prior to uploading to Zoho Social.
