ZOOMY ZOOMY

We are an old fashion company with old fashion values. We have tried several tools that have been presented to us. We ran across Zoom from one of our vendors and have trialed it out within the last 6 months. We have loved every minute of it. Our users are not very technical types. With the ease of use and easy layout, our users are more likely to use it based on other user's experiences. Since we are a manufacturing company that produces shelves for almost all retail stores we have a lot of heavy machinery that requires servicing from outside support. We cut costs by not having an onsite technician fly out to diagnose the problem. We instead have a Zoom session to solve the issue.
