Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used in all of our conference rooms for remote and local meetings. It hasn't seemed to have any issues so far it has been very easy to use and training people how to use it has been a breeze. This is our first year using it, but as of now, I love it and glad we switched to Zoom. Our whole company uses it and even employees have said it is super easy to use and they love it
Pros
- Very user-friendly. We have a lot of people that aren't tech savvy, so having a product that is easy to use is great.
- The layout is great. Very straight forward and to the point.
- We use iPads and employees love the new tech.
- We like it more than BlueJeans!
- The remote login support is icing on the cake!
Cons
- I am still new to it and haven't come across an issue that is worth mentioning.
- Saving money.
- Zoom being user friendly has made employees very happy.
- Being able to remote into a computer has been awesome!
Very easy to use and the transition into using Zoom Rooms has been very easy across the board with no issues so far.
